Buy a home base, to the countryside to live a li ziqi-style life, reliable?

“First of all, urbanites can’t buy rural homesteads.

On May 6, 1999, the General Office of the State Council issued the Notice on Strengthening the Administration of Land Transfer and the Prohibition of Land Speculation, Article 2 of the State Administration (1999) No. 39 stipulates that: Strengthen the management of the transfer of collective land of farmers, and strictly prohibit the illegal occupation of collective land of farmers for real estate development. The homes of peasants shall not be sold to urban residents, nor shall they be authorized to occupy the collective land of farmers to build houses, and the relevant departments shall not issue land use certificates and real estate certificates for houses illegally constructed and purchased.

However, in the following two cases, the court may still find that the contract of sale is valid.

1, the buyer signed the contract is a city, but after signing the contract, will move their hukou to the property, from the urban hukou to the rural hukou.
